Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation. All requests must be submitted in writing to tripvaniindia@gmail.com.

Travel consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered or significant preparation has begun. If you cancel before the consultation is scheduled, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

For personalised itinerary planning and concierge packages, refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Any refundable balance will be processed after deducting applicable costs.

Tripvani may assist with recommendations for hotels, transport, guides, and activities operated by independent providers. These providers have their own cancellation and refund policies, which will apply to those specific bookings.

In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions — refunds will be handled according to the policies of the relevant service providers and applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
